Production Supervisor

Grain Millers Inc. is an ingredient supplier of small grain products.  We work with all the major food companies to supply them with rolled oats, oat flour, oat bran, oat fiber and other small grain ingredients.  Are you looking for an opportunity to challenge your skills and knowledge in manufacturing?  This position could be for you.  In this position you will provide leadership and guidance to all production areas by ensuring organization, workflow, productivity, safety, quality and sanitation is maintained. Responsible for overseeing training, production, changes in production schedules, inventory control and personnel issues. Communicates concerns in workflow, personnel and quality to management. Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a highly organized fashion with attention to detail and accuracy. The individual supports and upholds all policies and procedures including safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
